At Hikmah Collective, our intention is for every couple and family to feel overjoyed with their keepsake. Because our catalog includes both instant digital downloads and custom-rendered files, our policy is structured to ensure fairness, clarity, and peace of mind.
1. Instant Digital Downloads & Canva Templates
Due to the immediate access nature of digital assets (Canva templates, printable 300 DPI PDF files, and nursery print packages), digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the file or template link has been retrieved.
However, our 100% Quality Promise applies:
- If you encounter any technical glitch with your Canva template link, file corruption, or formatting question, our team will personally assist you, troubleshoot, or reissue your files within 24 hours.
- If you discover any verified typography, spelling, or calligraphy defect attributable to our master template, we will immediately repair the file free of charge and provide an updated high-resolution delivery.
2. Accidental Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally purchased duplicate licenses for the same design, notify us at support@hikmahcollective.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will issue an immediate 100% refund for the duplicate transaction.
3. Physical Keepsakes & Custom Prints (If Applicable)
For custom printed physical certificates or framed decor: If your delivery arrives damaged or with transit defects, photograph the package within 48 hours of receipt and contact us for an expedited reprint or full refund.
