1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from hikmahcollective.com, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Intellectual Property & License Terms
- Personal License: Each purchase of a Nikah Nama certificate or Kids Art print grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to customize and print the design for your own wedding, family home, or as a direct personal gift.
- Commercial Restriction: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, share editable Canva template links, or exploit our artwork commercially on marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify) without an explicit commercial enterprise contract signed by Hikmah Collective.
- All Arabic calligraphy compositions, illuminated border geometries, vector flourishes, and brand trademarks remain the proprietary creative property of Hikmah Collective.
3. Accurate Personalization & Proofing
When customizing templates in Canva, customers are responsible for verifying that names, dates, cities, and custom vows are correctly entered before printing. Our customer care team is always on standby to provide layout guidance.
